About BGHE

Blue Grass Home Entertainment, Inc. (also called BGHE, Inc.) was founded in August of 1994 by Dan and Kenda Moore. In the beginning, BGHE, Inc. focused on selling high-end electronics to both consumers and business professionals. After a couple of years, we decided to offer more to our customers by starting a Custom Installation and Service Department. We knew that in order for us to grow, this was important. By 1996, we agreed to install Home Theater Systems and other audio / video equipment for a few other local consumer electronics stores. At first, we enjoyed these relationships, but soon grew tired of the 3rd party relationships and lack of communication between the client and our Installers. Knowing that communication is the key to ALL successful projects, we knew a change was necessary. This is when we began working directly for local Custom Builders, Interior Decorators and Architects. These Professionals were looking for a highly trained – ‘One Stop Shop’ and we offered it -(Quality Audio / Video Products, Expert Sales and Design Team and Custom Installation and Service Department). During this time, we started the saying that has seemed to stick with us still to this day – “I’m Wired For the Future!”
